Hotel X is located in a prime area, surrounded by touristic places in the heart of the old town. It is very close to the beach, and offers a beautiful view of the sea from some of the rooms. the breakfast is good, but could be improved, according to some reviews. the rooms are spacious, and the beds are comfortable, with some providing a beautiful view and balconies. Some reviews mentioned the lack of proper maintenance or cleanliness in the rooms and bathrooms. the hotel seems to lack proper service and attention to detail, which could affect guests' satisfaction.

We were initially disappointed when our room at Piazza Boutique Hotel wasn't available, but the receptionist went out of her way to find us an alternative room in another hotel nearby. The new room had two balconies with a stunning view of the church and city. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, even offering us a complimentary SIM card. The location of the hotel was also excellent, close to the sea and Batumi Boulevard. I would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and convenient location.

Had a lovely Easter break at this hotel in the heart of a bustling seaside town. the sea views from the balcony were an added bonus we never tired of.

The room was a little cramped for our liking, and the occasional noise levels from the street could be intrusive at times. On a couple of days, cleaning standards fell short, but we were impressed when our concerns were quickly addressed by the staff.

We were thrilled with our stay at this place. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the historical city center, on a grand old street next to the impressive clock tower. The hotel offers a convenient airport shuttle service, ensuring a hassle-free arrival and departure. We were also impressed by the room amenities, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a well-stocked mini-bar. The bathroom was equipped with free toiletries and the flat-screen TV provided entertainment on lazy evenings. The entire hotel was beautifully decorated, with carpeted floors and a charming dining restaurant. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. Other facilities like Wi-Fi, a 24-hour reception, a game room, and a children's play area added to the overall comfort and enjoyment. Families would definitely find this hotel a delightful choice.
